Bill McMillan is the director of Business Development for Sequel Communications and also has direct account responsibilities. He is responsible for developing and maintaining business partners that include but are not limited to, suppliers, manufacturer representatives, general contractors, electrical contractors, architects and engineers. He is responsible for the coordination of sales by establishing territories, quotas, sales goals and training programs for the sales representatives. Bill started his career in 1994 as a Technician and was quickly promoted to Project Foreman and then Estimator. He spent two years in the Arizona marketplace with Fiber Optic Technologies (FOTI), where he helped start the Single Mode Fiber Optic Division, which included splicing, testing and construction for outside plant fiber optic rings around both Phoenix and Tucson.
